This policy explains what personal data we process on www.perseyamodel.com and why. In short: we only process the e-mail address you leave us so that we can send you the link to Perseya’s exclusive site and an occasional personal e-mail, plus a few technical details that prove your consent and protect the form against abuse. We do not sell your data, we show no ads and we use no tracking cookies.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is the operator of www.perseyamodel.com, contact: perseya@perseyamodel.com.

2. What data we process

• Your e-mail address and the language in which you signed up.
• Proof of your consent: the exact wording of the consent you gave by sending the form, the date and time, the date and time you confirmed your address via the link in our e-mail and, if you unsubscribe, the date and time of unsubscribing.
• Technical details of the sign-up: your IP address, browser and operating system (user agent), browser language, device type, time zone, screen resolution and the page you came from. We use them to prove that the sign-up was made by you and to detect automated (bot) or mass sign-ups.
• Messages you send us by e-mail and our replies.
• Server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) that every web server records for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for and do not process any payment data. We do not want any data about children – the site is for adults (18+) only.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

• Sending the link to the exclusive site and occasional personal e-mails from Perseya – on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time – every e-mail has an unsubscribe link. After you confirm your address, the link in our e-mail takes you to Perseya’s exclusive site. That site is run by a third party under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not pass your e-mail address to it.
• Confirmation of your address, one reminder to confirm it, and proof of consent – so that only the owner of the address receives our e-mails and we can demonstrate your consent (Art. 7(1) and Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).
• Protection of the site and the form against bots, abuse and attacks – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Anonymous visit statistics – our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (see section 6).
• Answering your messages – our legitimate interest and, where applicable, steps you asked us to take.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed only by our providers who act on our instructions:

• the hosting provider of our servers (located in Germany, EU),
• our e-mail provider onlinehosting.cz (Czech Republic), through which we send e-mails.

We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. We may disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

• Your e-mail address and consent: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
• Sign-ups you never confirm: deleted no later than 12 months after the sign-up.
• Proof of consent and of unsubscribing: as long as needed to demonstrate it, at most 3 years after you withdraw consent.
• Server logs: 90 days.
• Raw visit statistics: at most 13 months (aggregated statistics without personal data are kept longer).
• E-mail correspondence: as long as needed to handle your request, at most 3 years.

Deletion after these periods runs automatically.

6. Cookies and statistics

We use only cookies that are necessary for the site to work. We use no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.

For visit statistics we use our own installation of Matomo on our server, without cookies; IP addresses are shortened (the last two parts are removed) before they are stored, so the statistics do not identify you. The data is not shared with anyone.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time – with one click on the unsubscribe link at the end of every e-mail we send, or by writing to perseya@perseyamodel.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, write to us at the address above; we will reply without undue delay, at the latest within one month. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (www.uoou.cz), or with the authority in your country.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. The automatic checks of the sign-up form (e.g. recognising bots) only decide whether a sign-up is accepted.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we change what we send you. We will publish the new version on this page with its effective date; we will inform you about important changes by e-mail.

This policy is effective from October 1, 2026.
